When working on a custom project, he consults frequently with clients to ensure that the finished home provides the appropriate amenities at a reasonable cost.

Marshall is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, abiding by the Code of Ethics established by the Association. He is also a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors and serves on the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission.
